5 high-protein breakfasts our members swear by
On treatment your appetite is smaller — so the food you do eat needs to count. Protein helps you stay full and protects muscle while you lose weight. Here are five the community keeps coming back to.
The five
- Greek yogurt bowl — high-protein Greek yogurt, a handful of berries, a spoon of seeds. Two minutes, roughly 20g protein.
- Eggs, any way — scrambled, boiled or a quick omelette. Add spinach or smoked salmon if you fancy it.
- Overnight oats — oats, milk, a scoop of protein powder, left in the fridge overnight. Grab-and-go.
- Cottage cheese on rye — underrated, very filling, and ready in a minute with a grind of pepper.
- Protein smoothie — when even chewing feels like a lot: milk, protein, half a banana, a spoon of peanut butter.
A gentle word
Smaller portions are normal on treatment, but do keep eating regularly and stay hydrated. If meals feel like a real struggle or anything worries you, message the pharmacy team — that is what we are here for.
