The essentials on how Aluna works and what to expect.
You complete a short, secure online consultation about your health, history and goals. A UK-registered prescriber reviews it and decides what's clinically appropriate. Where treatment is suitable, it's dispensed by our GPhC-registered pharmacy and delivered discreetly, with guidance and ongoing support.
That's exactly what the clinical review is for. Not everyone is suitable, and our prescribers only recommend treatment where it's appropriate for you. If it isn't, we'll explain why and, where we can, suggest alternatives.
One clear monthly price with no hidden fees — from £120 per month, confirmed as part of your consultation. You only pay once a prescriber has reviewed your assessment, and you can cancel any time.
Your medication, responsive clinical support, scheduled reviews and ongoing lifestyle guidance — all in one monthly price.
If a prescriber decides treatment isn't appropriate, you won't be charged for medication — and if you've already paid, you'll be refunded. Your safety comes before a sale, every time.
Some people experience mild side effects such as nausea, reduced appetite or digestive discomfort, particularly when starting treatment. Your clinician will guide you, and you'll always have the patient information leaflet for full details.
Yes. Your data is handled in line with UK GDPR and stored securely. Your consultation and medical details are only ever seen by the clinicians involved in your care.
We're open and taking new patients now. Take the quick eligibility check or browse our treatments, then complete a short online consultation and a UK-registered prescriber will confirm what’s right for you.
