Getting it right
The morning routine that makes the oral tablet work
The oral tablet is brilliantly simple — but only if it is taken the right way. The good news: once it is a habit, it takes seconds.
Why the fasting window matters
The oral formulation needs to be taken on an empty stomach, first thing, with no more than a small sip of plain water. You then wait about 30 minutes before eating, drinking anything else, or taking other medicines. That short window is what lets the medicine absorb properly — skip it, and you simply get less benefit.
A routine that makes it effortless
Most people who do well build it into something they already do:
- Keep the tablet on your bedside table with a small glass of water.
- Take it the moment you wake, before phone, coffee or breakfast.
- Use the 30-minute wait for your shower, getting dressed, the school run.
- Then have breakfast as normal — coffee included.
This is where we come in
Most clinics mention the fasting window once and move on. We build your whole start around it — a simple routine, gentle reminders, and a real person to ask when life gets in the way. It is the difference between a medicine that works on paper and one that works for you.
